One of my customers requested my crocheted organic washcloths in three colors: light brown, hunter green, and walnut. So, I got busy right away making them and here they are completed.
She likes these particular washcloths because they are sooooo soft. And, she's right -- they are super, duper soft. But, what she doesn't know is that I have an even softer washcloths that I'm making up for her and will send to her with this order -- bamboo! Seriously! Bamboo! It's softer than cotton and I think she'll really like it.
What do you think? Should I offer this combination of washcloths in my ETSY shop? I kindof like the combo!

Hi Joyce,
Oh that will be sooooo soft. I'll check your shop next week to see how it came out.

I like the combination, should do that. Does bamboo work well for washcloths?
Hi everyone,
Thanks for the suggestions. And Julie, bamboo makes great washcloths - it stays together well and gets softer with every wash. I wouldn't use them for dish cloths, however.
Very pretty... love the colors. And thanks for participating in our SHOW OFF YOUR COTTAGE MONDAY.... oh how I would love to see our link here in return ;)
Hugs and blessings

My nan made me some dishcloths like that! I love them! They last so much longer than regular store bought. I've never tried them as facecloths, because the ones I have are a little rough. But made out of the bamboo, they would be heavenly! I'm visiting from keeping it simple.
Hi Annabelle...
Oooh...so pretty! I love the color combination of the cream, olive and walnut! Yes, I think they would sell very well, my friend! Now, I must admit that I didn't know they made bamboo thread...how unique! I would love to feel just how soft it is...I'll have to look for it! Thank you for sharing your pretties with us today...great post, my friend!
Warmest wishes,

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing at It's Party Time Thursday at PonyTails&FishScales!
I know people who swear to only use crochet/knit wash cloths on their faces because of the softness factor. Love the colors and the great folding job.... there's something so satisfying about a neatly folded towel. ;-)
I love these, and especially how great they look in a stack, wow! Thanks so much for sharing on Craft Schooling Sunday, great to have you as always!
Cool! I LOVE to crochet and don't do it enough. I'm currently crocheting bath mats from old bed sheets. We'll see how they turn out. Thanks for sharing!

can you really clean your face with yarn??? WOW, that's awesome!
Thanks for sharing!:)
Hi - I made up probably a dozen washcloths (I make 'em extra large) and gave them to my sister/mom for Christmas last year. I love them to wash my face with. Not too rough, but your face feels really clean.
Question: I usually weave in my ends, but they keep coming undone. How do you finish off your ends?
