I think you did great! Another good trick so you don't have to run to three supermarkets is -- most markets will match the competitor's price from the circulars. So it never hurts to take them along and go to ONE store but get the deals of ALL the stores. Less gas, less cost - you, your gas tank and your wallet win! :)

Oh and since la alicia mentioned price matching: Walmart price matches on everything :) and will take most coupons but unfortunately you can't get the Walgreen's rebates or CVS ecb's there...
